Dean and Brandi were both raised in the Houston area. Dean is a native Houstonian and Brandi has lived in The Woodlands for over 27 years. They have enjoyed watching The Woodlands grow and prosper from it's onset. Dean has enjoyed his real esate career with RE/MAX for 20 years and Brandi has been with RE/MAX in The Woodlands for 16 years. They both have a passion for people and love their business. Since 1997, the Houston Business Journal has named Dean & Brandi as one of the top 25 real estate teams in the Houston area with over 250 million dollars in production and over 2500 homes closed. Additionally, Dean has been one of the top Realtors in new home sales in The Woodlands with over 350 new homes sold in the past 15 years. In 2000 and again in 2006, Dean received the Greater Houston Builders Association Prism Award, this is the highest award given to a Realtor in the Houston area and the only Realtor in The Woodlands to ever have won this award. This is quite an accomplishment since there are over 24,000 Realtors in the Houston area. Also in 2005, The Woodlands Development honored Dean again by naming him their Realtor of the Year which he has been honored with 3 other times in the past. In 2006 and through July 2007, their team was ranked in the top 100 RE/MAX agents in the United States and there are over 100,000 RE/MAX agents.
