Our Team
Diana is a full-time assistant and is in charge of all the marketing for the "The Melton Team". Diana has 15 years experience in the real estate and marketing field and adds a lot of creativity and energy to her job. Diana handles the onset of marketing for all new listings. She is in control of shooting digital pictures, on-site virtual tours, preparing home brochures, updating numerous web addresses with listing information and pictures, writing ads and all other marketing details that are part of the real estate business. Diana also assists the "The Melton Team" in preparing marketing proposals, preparing the listing and selling documents, file processing and various other duties associated with assisting the team in being more productive and efficient. Nothing is out of the realm of posibility with Diana. If clients have a special request in the buying or selling process she will have it accomplished without any time wasted. Tory is a full-time REALTOR teaming up with Dean & Brandi since 2002. Tory has been a Woodlands resident for over 25 years thus, having extensive knowledge of the community, schools and vast amenitites The Woodlands has to offer. He enjoys assisting buyers, listing homes for sale and helping assure that all of the clients are completely taken care of. Tory has been honored by The Woodlands Homefinder Center and The Woodlands Development Company as one of the top 20 Realtors in new home sales and was named to the "Executive Producers Club". This award is given to Realtors selling eight or more new homes within The Woodlands for the year. He was also awarded the last 2 years the Platinum club award by RE/MAX International. He has a vast knowledge of the area homebuilders and stays in tune with the new developments throughout the community while serving on The Woodlands Realtor Advisory Board. Enthusiastic, caring, honest and hard working, Tory believes in developing customers for life. Michele works with The Melton Team as a buyer's agent to Dean & Brandi. She and her family relocated to The Woodlands area in 2001 from North Texas. With her she brought years of real estate experience. Michele is very familiar with residential real estate, having been an active agent since 1985 and with RE/MAX since 1997. Michele loves handling all the details for buyers and sellers and is always looking out for their best interests. Constant communication is one of the keys to her successful repeat business. She has a wealth of construction knowledge as she recently finished designing and being the general contractor of her own home. Sandy began her real estate career with the "Melton Team" as an office assistant handling inner office details. She quickly came to realize her love for the business and went on to get her Texas real estate license. Sandy now works with buyers and sellers in assisting them with their home purchase. Sandy relocated to Texas from Louisiana in 2003. Her passion for the business and her energetic and accomodating personality makes her an invaluable asset to her clients.
